Discover the delicious blends of today's vintners at the Santa Fe
Wine Festival. More than a dozen New Mexico wineries will be
present, so you can taste all that you want, and then buy your fav-
orites directly from the makers. All this in a festive atmosphere with
live music, food and traditional agricultural products and handmade
arts and crafts for sale. All musuem exhibits will be open. |

Lavender and Herb Fair
July 26-27 from 10 am - 4 pm
Celebrate the revival of the lavender tradition in New Mexico! Alhucema -
lavender - was brought from Spain to the New World and coveted for its
many uses, from medicinal to flavorful. The Lavender and Herb Fair
has become one of the museum's most popular events. Visitors can
view the museum's herb fields, make their own lavender "wand," hear ex-
pert presentations, buy lavender/herb products and even sample foods made
with lavender. Museum exhibits will be open..
