Huerta de Arboles Frutales/Fruit Orchard
Las Golondrinas had many fruit trees: apple, apricot,
peach, cherry, pear and plum. The fruit was eaten fresh
or dried and stored for winter. In the picture, the villagers
are using an apple press to make apple cider.
